General Rules of the Game
Tennis is a great sport! Help keep it that way for yourself and others by following some simple guidelines.
Court Access
- Tennis courts reservations are encouraged. Players with court reservations have priority access.
- Reserve a court on CanmoreTennis.ca to ensure you can play.
- In Canmore, everyone can play tennis. If you don’t have a reservation and a court is available, happy hitting!
- Players without court reservations must limit play to 45 minutes when others are waiting.
- Fido (or any other pet) belongs outside the fenced court areas.
Show Others How it’s Done
- Be a mentor. Help players who are learning to grow Canmore’s tennis community.
- Keep the courts in good shape.
- Tennis is harder than it looks! If your ball goes on the other court, wait until their play is finished to retrieve your ball.
