Annual Membership Fees for April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 are listed below:

Family members follow steps 6 & 7 carefully in the “Getting Started Guide” and decide if you want all correspondence and bookings to be via the primary family member or via the individual members, in which case you would add their email address beside their name. (Our website works a little differently from other websites you may have used & you are identified by your email address.)
If you are signing up Juniors in one family but not joining the club yourself, you can link the Juniors to one email address through the Family Members menu in the Members Lists function ( step 7 in the Getting Started Guide)
Note: Our billing system uses STRIPE which is a secure banking system
1) Credit Card: You can pay with a one time transaction or save your credit card details for future auto population when you make a purchase. Your card details are stored with STRIPE, not on our website.
2) TAB Payment: If you are making multiple purchases and only want one transaction on your credit card, you can total the fees you want to pay and then add that amount to your Tab Account as follows:
- Go to the home page - click on menu bar on the top right hand corner
- Click on “More”
- Click on “Tab Payment” then insert your card details and payment amount.
- Once your payment is processed, you can now pay for all your purchases using the funds in your tab account. The system will deplete the tab before asking for additional payment (if you miscalculated)
Visitor Fee Payment & Policy
To encourage new members we allow visitors to attend Drop in programs free of charge for 2 sessions, but please register on the website and sign the Waiver and Code of Conduct. As a visitor we are happy to welcome you to your introductory Drop in Sessions - email the court host if you would like to join a session.
When you bring a Visitor to a Booked court please have them register on the website and sign the forms, then when you add them to your Booked Court, you will be billed the $10 visitor fee. Fees collected go to Club Improvements! This is an honour system that we should all adhere to in fairness to all the members!
Visitors are to be hosted by a Club Member and cannot book Courts independently.
