Ranjeet Hira
Originally from Toronto, Ranjeet is new to Penticton and comes to us with 26 years of coaching experience having coached in Ontario, Quebec, the US, Australia, the West Indies and Egypt where he was the Tennis Director of the Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh.
Within BC, Ranjeet has coached at North Vancouver Tennis Centre, Jericho Tennis Club and with Tennis BC. He has a Bachelor of Education in Kinesiology from McGill University. A few of Ranjeet’s tennis credentials are listed below:

Jim Kocsis
Jim Kocsis is a Certified Coach 2 Instructor through Tennis Canada since 1993. He has been a tennis player for 45+ years, tennis coach/instructor for 35+ years and racquet stringer for 25+ years. He also developed the Elementary School Kid’s Tennis Program which has been delivered to more than 1000 students throughout the Okanagan Region.
Jim is a consummate professional and long time advocate for the sport of tennis. He is available for private, semi-private and group lessons throughout the tennis season.

Bob Grant
Bob and Kersten were instrumental in creating the PTC Junior program, the High Performance program and the summer camps. Bob has coached in Penticton for seven years, and is fortunate to have coached in Dubai, India and the US.
It has been said that Bob spends far too much time on the tennis courts, playing and coaching private lessons. Bob is extremely passionate and enthusiastic when coaching juniors and adult lessons. He loves to see his students excel and continue to improve their skills and love of the game.
Bob's rate is $25 for a 1.5 hour lesson.

Kersten Grant
Coaching a variety of sports has been Kersten's passion for the past 30 years. For the past eight years, Kersten has focused specifically on coaching tennis. In the winter, Kersten coaches adults in Arizona. In the summer, her focus switches to youth in Penticton. Kersten has obtained the Instructor certification through Tennis Canada.

Rob Lindemann
Rob is a lifelong tennis player who at one time had his PTR (Professional Tennis Registration) - Level 3 coaching certification in the U.S. He is at the courts every day and enjoys helping adults improve their skills. Catch him at the Adult Spring Lessons or find him on the Courts to arrange some 1:1 coaching sessions.

Lori Grant
Lori has enjoyed coaching high school tennis teams and played recreationally for many years. Taking the coaching course from CTV sports commentator and national level player Rob Bettauer was one of the highlights of her career as well as helping kids find the joy in learning to play tennis. Lori is our Club President and continues to advocate for the Adult and Junior Coaching programs.
